Test...

I think it's high time I pick this back up.  A year off was significant enough I suppose.  Where to begin...Oh, maybe pregnant and moving.  Baby is due in October and we are moving by end of month.  Third trimester has started, as has the packing.  I'll leave it at that for now.  I need to play around with this site as there are many new buttons :)  Suggestions would be nice.  As would recommendations on how to make this blog fancy and fabulous.

Baked French Fries

So I found this great recipe for fries and thought it'd be best to share it :) Here goes:

Ingredients:

1 Large Potato
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp onion salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp chili powder

Preheat oven to 450. Cut the potato into wedges. Toss them in a large Ziploc with all the remaining ingredients. Align wedges on baking sheet and cook for about 20-25 minutes. The original recipe called for 45 min - but I burned my first batch after 25 min. Just keep checking them.
